Reducify Terms of Service

Welcome to Reducify! By downloading, accessing, or using the Reducify app (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
 

1. About Reducify

Reducify helps recent graduates strengthen financial readiness and reduce student loan debt during the six-month grace period through guided tools, behavioral nudges, and educational resources.
 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in a country where Reducify is available. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
 

3. Program Access and Payments

Reducify offers paid access to guided financial readiness program cycles designed for graduating seniors navigating student loan repayment.

Users may choose between:

• a free trial experience with the option to purchase continued access after the trial period, or

• immediate paid access to the current program cycle.

Program access is tied to a fixed program cycle and does not automatically renew unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and charged to the user’s Apple ID account.

Users can manage purchases through their App Store account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies.

All fees are displayed in local currency where applicable and may be subject to taxes.​
 

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, disrupt its operation, or share your account access. Reducify’s content and resources are for personal, non-commercial use only.
 

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, features, and designs in Reducify are owned by Reducify, LLC and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the App without written permission.
 

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Reducify provides educational tools and information only and does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reducify, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
 

7. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be reflected by the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
