Reducify Terms of Service

Welcome to Reducify! By downloading, accessing, or using the Reducify app (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
 

1. About Reducify

Reducify helps recent graduates strengthen financial readiness and reduce student loan debt during the six-month grace period through guided tools, behavioral nudges, and educational resources.
 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in a country where Reducify is available. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
 

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Reducify offers subscription-based access to its services. Users may select either a recurring monthly subscription or a one-time upfront payment for a six-month access period.
 

  • Billing: Subscription fees are charged at the time of purchase through your Apple ID account. For monthly subscriptions, you will be billed on a recurring monthly basis. For six-month plans, you will be billed once upfront for the full six-month period.
     

  • Auto-Renewal: Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Six-month plans do not automatically renew unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
     

  • Authorization: By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Reducify and its payment processor (e.g., Apple) to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fees.
     

  • Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
     

  • Refund Policy: All purchases are final. Reducify does not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, except where required by law or through Apple’s refund policies. All billing and refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.
     

  • Pricing and Taxes: All fees are displayed in your local currency and may be subject to applicable taxes.
     

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, disrupt its operation, or share your account access. Reducify’s content and resources are for personal, non-commercial use only.
 

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, features, and designs in Reducify are owned by Reducify, LLC and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the App without written permission.
 

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Reducify provides educational tools and information only and does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reducify, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
 

7. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be reflected by the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
